If you’re looking for something to keep your neck warm and don’t want to wear a long scarf, why not try a cowl. It’s smaller than a scarf, so you can fold it up and store it in your bag. It’s more fitted around the neck and shoulders, so it keeps you warm more effectively than a scarf. Plus, you only need a skein or two of yarn to make one, so it’s quicker, cheaper and easier to make.
